It's camping and grilling season, and there are so many delicious recipes for your campfire and grill, we couldn't resist sharing one with you. We found one we really liked on Eatwell.com and made just a few tweaks. This is a perfect sweet and savory summer treat for your tastebuds!

Foil Packet Ingredients

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

Coarse Smoked Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste

Sauce ingredients

½ cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce

2 teaspoons minced garlic

3 tbsp Lemongrass Balsamic (Or any citrus balsamic you have on hand)

3 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1-1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Lay four 12x18 inch pieces of heavy duty nonstick foil out on your work surface. Place pineapple and peppers in the center of each piece of foil. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels, and place chicken breast on top of other ingredients. Season generously with salt and pepper.

In bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and mix thoroughly. Divide the sauce over each chicken pack.

Fold the foil over the chicken and vegetables to close off the pack, and pinch the ends together so the pack stays closed.

Transfer to a grill or over the fire on a grill grate over medium heat. Bake for 20-30 minutes, testing with meat thermometer until chicken reaches 165 degrees.

Serve immediately.
